I am a jazz vocalist, but perform Brazilian, as well. I usually work with a quartet for jazz gigs, (piano, bass,drums and either saxophone or trumpet) and for the Brazilian, I will add one or more percussionists, but I am available for duo (piano and voice, or guitar and voice), or, trio; (piano, bass and voice). For jazz gigs, I sing standards and bossa nova (in Portuguese and English). I lived and performed in Europe (Berlin) for many years, including touring in Russia and Germany, was sponsored by the Senate in Berlin and led my band the Annie Addington Ensemble. Two Masters Degrees; one in Jazz Performance and the second in Studio Composition, from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Music.
