CEPAS Wine & Tapas Bar located in the Carrollwood area have created a menu of Spanish Tapas (small plates) that includes traditional Spanish cheeses, shaved hams, Tortilla Española and more. There are also a handful of small composed plates like Causitas, Peruvian Tiraditos, Ceviche Spoons, Seafood Paella, Rabo de Toro and Piquillos Rellenos.

CEPAS also offers a wide selection of domestic, craft and imported beer. The wine list draws from Spain, California, Argentina, Chile, France, and Italy.
